Jason Racutt - Bio

 

Jason is Vice President of Business Development for Fenestra. His needs analysis experience spans more than 7 years and has been focused solely on Human Capital related solutions. Equipped with over 10 years of experience building sales and managing accounts, Jason uses his expansive industry knowledge to provide organizations with the solutions they need to increase shareholder value and drive critical business outcomes. It was through his experiences in managing individual and group assessments, culture and climate surveys, and selection testing that he became inspired to work with clients to identify solutions related to corporate talent strategies. He is a proven relationship builder in the competitive HR technology solutions market and has been involved in complex projects that have challenged the status-quo in terms of design, delivery, and cost efficiency.

 

Before joining Fenestra, Jason managed Business Development for a global HR Solutions provider where he developed and cultivated partnerships with leading Fortune 500 organizations. As a Business Development leader he orchestrated the implementation and growth of client solutions for North America, Canada, and other international markets. Jason currently holds a Communications degree from Eastern Illinois University.
